The Supervisor of this team has a base pay of $18 base pay and has an incentive per trailer completed. That incentive can boost your average pay into $25 an hour if enough trailers are completed by your team daily. You also have the option to also work on trucks and get your portion of the unload pay out. So you could have all 3 on 1 day's pay (Base pay, plus the incentive per truck, plus truck pay if you worked on one) Please note: you can't be paid for all 3 at the same time. Once you start a truck, supervisor pay stops, when you finish the truck, supervisor pay starts again. Working on a truck is not a daily requirement but it is important that you are physically able to work on them if the situation calls for it.

Our operation is simple; The job consists of working with unloaders shuttling pallets between the dock floor and the stretch wrap machine. You will be expected to keep the dock floor clear so the unloaders can continue to unload at a fast pace.

What will you do? 

Unload boxed freight by hand onto wooden pallets and use a manual pallet jack. Freight ranges in size and weight, 5 to 115lbs. 

Pay: Weekly, Paid Per Truck. Majority of trucks are a flat rate; the more trucks you complete the more money you make! This is a production role, This is not an hourly role however we offer training pay, and hourly rates as needed. The unloaders are paid per trailer unloaded and the pay can vary depending on how many boxes are in the trailer. 

Fast-hiring process.  With a hard work ethic and a self-motivating attitude, you have the opportunity to set yourself up to make $800 to $1200 a week on average!

When unloading, we are unloading boxes from a floor loaded trailer onto a conveyor. Then we are scanning those boxes and putting them into cages.

Pay: Paid Per Trailer ($150-$200 per day)

• Paid for the work performed, the more work you do the more you get paid. Paid per case loaded/unloaded. On average $120-$200 per day or $15-$25 per hour.
• The fastest unloaders/loaders have made $25-$35 before as well.
• The faster and harder you work, the more money you make.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Friday - Sunday 7:00pm-7:30am

Overview: The team will be unloading boxes out of trailers.

• Picking up 50-150 lbs boxes off of a trailer floor and placing them onto an appropriately sized wooden pallet.
• Pallet is removed using a pallet jack and placed to the side.
• Get another pallet and repeat until the trailer is empty.
• Usually this is accomplished with 1-2 people max, and we are averaging 2-3 hours per trailer.
• The pay can be 100% paid out to 1 person if completed solo or it can be equally split if 2 people work as a team.
• The unloaders are paid per trailer unloaded and the pay can range from $90 to $350 depending on how many boxes are in the trailer.
• Each trailer will typically have 30 to 1200 boxes in it.

We have a standard of 3-4 trailers unloaded per team and at that standard, every person has been able to make over $1000 for the week.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment such as cherry pickers, order pickers, and clamp trucks.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages to the warehouse supervisor.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately recording received items and updating inventory systems as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a warehouse setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and best practices.
• Experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, clamp trucks, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

We are looking for Box Loader/Unloader team members in Frackville

When loading, we are floor loading boxes by hand onto a trailer from a conveyor. We are scanning the boxes with a scanner into the trailer and moving cages to/from staging. We are loading these boxes as fast, neat, and accurately as possible.

When unloading, we are unloading boxes from a floor loaded trailer onto a conveyor. Then we are scanning those boxes and putting them into cages.

Pay: Paid Per Trailer ($160-$200 per day)

• Paid for the work performed, the more work you do the more you get paid. Paid per case loaded/unloaded. On average $160-$200 per day or $16-$25 per hour.
• The fastest unloaders/loaders have made $25-$35 before as well.
• The faster and harder you work, the more money you make.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Friday - Sunday 7:00pm-7:30am

Requirements:

• ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
